Connect every source. One validated layer.

Airtable, cloud folders, email, and HubSpot all flow through the same Impora engine: mapped to your schema, validated before any write, and logged. Here's what each one does, and how it works.

Airtable · the source of truth

Every record, mapped to your real schema.

Airtable is the centre of Impora. Connect a base through Airtable's official OAuth, and Impora reads your live schema: field types, single-selects, and linked records. Every import maps to those real fields, so what lands is structured and ready to use, not a dumping ground.

1
Connect via OAuth
Authorise the base you choose. Impora requests only the scopes it needs and you can revoke anytime.
2
Map to live fields
Incoming columns line up against your schema, including linked records and select options.
3
Upsert by record ID
Match existing rows to update in place instead of creating duplicates.

Cloud folders · Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive

Turn shared folders into Airtable intake lanes.

Point Impora at a folder in Google Drive, SharePoint, or OneDrive. It watches for new files, validates each one against your schema, imports the clean rows, and moves the processed file forward. Exports work the same way in reverse, dropping snapshots back into the folder on a schedule.

1
Connect a folder once
Authorise the provider and pick the folder to use as an intake lane.
2
Files import automatically
Each new file is validated and imported; failed rows split into an error report to fix and re-run.
3
Export back on a schedule
Deposit clean CSV or XLSX snapshots into the same folder for downstream teams.
Email · inbox intake & delivery

Turn email attachments into governed imports.

Every workspace gets a dedicated Impora inbox. Forward a spreadsheet, or have a supplier send one straight to it, and the attachment is validated against your saved Airtable rules before clean rows import. Impora replies with a receipt, and can email exported snapshots back out on every run.

1
Get your import address
A dedicated inbox per workspace, ready to receive CSV and Excel attachments.
2
Validate & import
Attachments are checked against your rules; clean rows land, bad rows return in the receipt.
3
Email exports out
Send scheduled snapshots to recipients with the file attached and a delivery log.

Airtable–HubSpot sync for Contacts, Companies, Deals, and relationships.

An optional second product, building on the clean data your import tool already produces. Two-way sync keeps records aligned across both systems, with matching, validation, and conflict review before anything writes. Not live yet, building in private, with launch when the full CRM sync path is ready.

1
Review before writes
See the diff and approve every change before it touches HubSpot.
2
Safe create-or-link
Match existing records instead of spawning duplicates across systems.
3
Conflict review & recovery
When both sides change, you decide which wins, with full run history to undo.
